Fuel consumption is strongly influenced by driving style and operating conditions.

If a tuned vehicle is driven aggressively and the additional performance is used frequently, a slight increase in fuel consumption may be expected. However, if the vehicle is driven in the same way as before the tuning was installed, and the extra power is used mainly for smoother acceleration or safer overtaking, fuel consumption will usually remain close to the original level.

In some applications and driving conditions, improved torque and drivability may even help reduce fuel consumption.

Any efficiency or fuel consumption benefits are subject to vehicle type, application, condition, driving style and operating conditions. 

In agricultural machinery, improved efficiency is achieved through increased performance and torque, allowing the machine to work more effectively under load.

For applications such as ploughing, cultivation, harvesting or heavy field work, the additional torque can help the machine cover more acres per hour and maintain stronger performance in demanding conditions.
